DE&I Report

San Diego, CA (Dec. 14, 2021)

The ӰƵ Releases Its First DE&I Report

The ӰƵ (ӰƵ) releases its first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Report, today. The report focuses on activities supporting ӰƵ’s DE&I Framework, which was developed last year to drive change, and promote accountability throughout the workplaces at the ӰƵ.

The framework better supports the ӰƵ’s vision for DE&I, and serves as the blueprint for implementing the goals and objectives of the organization that have evolved from its internal strategy.

The 2020-2021 report focuses on activities that support the four key areas of the DE&I Framework:

  • The workforce
  • The workplace
  • Supporting ӰƵ members
  • Volunteering and supporting the communities ӰƵ employees live and work

"The ӰƵ recognizes that making progress with DE&I is a journey of cultural change,” said Evelyn Boswell, ӰƵ’s Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion.” The report showcases how employees foster a diverse and inclusive culture where employees are encouraged to share their authentic selves."
