ӰƵ to Highlight 2023 Work and Announce 2024 Leadership During Fall National Meeting
On November 30 through December 4, nearly 3,000 insurance regulators, industry representatives, and interested parties plan to attend the ӰƵ’ (ӰƵ) hybrid Fall National Meeting, which will be held in Orlando, Florida.
In addition to standard committee sessions focused on the ӰƵ’s 2023 Priorities, Fall National Meeting activities include:
- The 15th Annual ӰƵ State Legislator Program is designed to foster relationships between state insurance regulators and their legislative counterparts, as well as provide an overview of the ӰƵ’s role in supporting state-based insurance regulation and policy developments. This year’s two-day program will welcome 36 state officials for a commissioner/state government dialogue and breakout sessions.
- A DE&I Leadership Breakfast with guest speaker Dr. Nicole Price.
- The announcement of the 2023 ӰƵ Robert Dineen Award winners and the Raymond “Ray” G. Farmer President’s Award presentation.
- The Center for Insurance Policy and Research will hold a Cyber Risk and Assessment special session focused on the insurance industry and the market perspective.
- Announcement of the ӰƵ’s 2024 Officers (Officer elections will be held during a closed regulator session).
