ӰƵ President and Other Members to Speak at NOLHGA’s Legal Seminar

On July 25–26, seven ӰƵ (ӰƵ) Members will speak at the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations’ (NOLHGA)  at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.

The event will feature an interview on “Challenges Facing State Regulators & the ӰƵ” with ӰƵ President and Connecticut Insurance Commissioner Andrew N. Mais and ӰƵ Secretary-Treasurer and Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation Director Elizabeth Kelleher Dwyer.

The following ӰƵ Members will also participate in the seminar:

  • Colorado Insurance Commissioner Michael Conway
  • Nebraska Insurance Director Eric Dunning
  • Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner Nathan Houdek
  • Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance Director Chlora Lindley-Myers
  • Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Glen Mulready

Seminar topics include pension risk transfers, reinsurance, international regulation, the long-term care market, the new framework for insurer investments, health care sharing ministries, artificial intelligence, and more.

Regulators can register for 50% off the $975 fee, and attendees will receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit, including ethics.
