2026 Charges

  1. The Accreditation Scope and Alignment (F) Working Group will:
    1. Review the current scope of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Financial Regulation Standards and Accreditation Program to: 1) evaluate whether it aligns with the program’s objectives; and 2) determine whether any multistate companies/activities are not currently covered in the program’s scope.
    2. Analyze state regulations to understand how states regulate companies within the scope of the accreditation program and identify any discrepancies or unique regulatory practices across states. Maintain a resource that summarizes the results of this analysis.

On the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ.org website, free access to meeting minutes is available 30 days after a meeting concludes. They are posted to the interactive agenda for each meeting tab on the meetings page. The Proceedings of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ are made available after the minutes are adopted at each subsequent meeting and may be accessed via the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Publications page.
